• All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Undecided choices.
• Wrong selection.
• Dissatisfaction with texture, color, or length.
• Shipping delays beyond our control.

**Exception:** The only exception to this policy is if we send you the wrong item. In that case, we will promptly correct the issue and send you the desired item.
